LakeSoft ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Pattern Calendar application (com.patterncalendar.app, the "App") handles information.

Pattern Calendar is a local-first calendar and habit-pattern tracking application. The App has no user accounts, no server-side backend that stores your data, and no payment system. Almost all information stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or any account credentials. There is no login and no personal profile.

The App processes the following information locally on your device in order to function:

Calendar and schedule data — the events, patterns, recurring schedules, tags, and notes that you create in the App. This is stored locally and is not transmitted to any server operated by us.

Device calendar access — if you grant calendar permission, the App reads from and writes to your device's calendar so your patterns and events can be synchronized with it. This exchange happens locally between the App and your device's calendar provider; we do not receive or store it.

Images — photos you capture with the camera or attach to a record are stored locally on your device as part of that record. They are not uploaded to any server operated by us.

Number tags and statistics — numeric values you attach to records, and the aggregates the App computes from them (e.g., by weekday, month, or time of day), are calculated and stored on your device.

App settings and history — records of your entries and your preferences, stored on your device (e.g., in local application storage / SharedPreferences). These can be cleared by you at any time.

Notifications — if you enable reminders, notification scheduling is handled locally by your device's operating system. The App does not transmit reminder content to us.

Consent status — your acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy is stored locally to remember that you agreed.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information described above is used only to:

Provide core functionality — creating and managing calendar events and patterns, attaching images and number tags, computing statistics, and sending local reminders on your device.

Maintain and improve the App's local behavior and stability.

We do not use your information for marketing or advertising, and the App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

3. Data Retention

Because the App is local-first, all of the information described in Section 1 is retained on your device for as long as you keep it. You control retention directly: you may delete events, patterns, images, tags, and history at any time. Uninstalling the App removes its associated local data from the device. We do not retain your data on external servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties such as payment processors, advertisers, or analytics providers.

The App requests network access only for standard platform operation. It does not transmit your calendar, images, or statistics to any server operated by us.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your information at any time using tools within the App:

• Remove individual events, patterns, images, tags, or records.

• Clear app history and settings.

• Uninstall the App to remove its locally stored data from your device.

Because we do not operate a server that stores your personal data, there are no external electronic records or physical documents of yours for us to destroy.
