Future Mobility AI processes the minimum personal information needed to provide PAGEBOOK and manages account information separately from public pages created by users.
At a glance
We keep core service and policy information clear and accessible.
- We process basic account information needed for Google OAuth login.
- We store user-entered content to create pages and provide public URLs.
- We confirm agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before login and page writing.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
Information we collect
During Google OAuth login, PAGEBOOK may receive basic account information such as name, email address, and profile image.
When users create pages, service names, company names, contact details, policy copy, and uploaded file metadata may be stored to provide the service.
On login and page writing or editing screens, we confirm whether the user has agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Technical information such as access records, error logs, browser data, and device information may be processed automatically for service stability and security.
How we use information
We use collected information to maintain login sessions, create and manage user pages, provide public URLs, configure SEO indexing, respond to inquiries, check security, and improve the service.
Agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is used to determine whether login or page-saving requests can continue.
Content that users publish publicly may be displayed to external visitors through public URLs.
- Account authentication and user identification
- Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreement confirmation
- Page creation, storage, editing, and deletion
- Public page display and search indexing settings
- Inquiry handling and error response
Retention
Account information and page data are kept for as long as needed to maintain the account and provide the service.
If a user requests page or account deletion, related information will be deleted or de-identified except where retention is required for service operation or by law.
Service providers and disclosure
PAGEBOOK may use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage infrastructure, and Cloudflare R2 or Images for file storage and delivery.
We do not sell or arbitrarily share personal information except when required by law or when the user has consented.
User rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for their personal information.
SEO indexing for public pages can be selected in the writing or management flow. Information already reflected by search engines may take time to disappear.
Contact and updates
Requests related to personal information can be submitted through the contact page.
When this policy changes, the service will show the updated date and relevant changes.
