You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create, upload, or publish through the Service does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of free features of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, interruptions, or failures arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures, security incidents, hosting provider failures, third-party service outages, government actions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

8. Changes to Terms
