How to Request Data Deletion

Please send your data deletion request to the following email address:

Deletion Process

1. Send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to the address above.<br />2. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.<br />3. Once verified, the deletion process will begin.<br />4. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Required Information

Please include the following information with your deletion request:

Email address used for registration
Full name (as registered on the account)
Scope of data to be deleted (all data or specific items)

Processing Time

Your data deletion request will be completed within Within 7 business days of the request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your request is approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Account information (name, email, profile)
Service usage records
User-generated content
Payment information (except where retention is legally required)

Important Notes

Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Data that is required to be retained by law will be deleted after the mandatory retention period expires.
You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
