End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and My Company ("Company") for the use of My App ("Software").

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Software.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
You may not sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to third parties.
You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are and remain the property of the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
